| Cancellation policy: High Season – A cancellation 32 days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less an administration fee. Should your booking be cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date no refund will be given, unless and until the booking has been re-let for the full period of the original booking. Mid to Low Season - A cancellation 21 days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less an administration fee. Should your booking be cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date no refund will be given, unless and until the booking has been re-let for the full period of the original booking. If your booking is cancelled after is has been moved once, the full deposit is forfeit. Short Notice Bookings – Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date no refund will be given, unless and until the booking has been re-let for the full period of the original booking. There will be no refunds for early departures – we regret that under no circumstance can a refund be given for early departure. |
