All Tariffs are for 7 nights with longer stays welcomed. Nightly rates are charged for less than a week. Contact us for short stay specials. Linen to the main bedroom is included in the price. We offer a $12.50 pp hire option for the 2nd bedroom. Portacots and high chairs are available when reserved at the time of booking.
Deposit: 1/3 deposit is required within 10 days of booking.

Cancellation policy:
High Season – A cancellation 28 days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less an administration fee.  Should your booking be cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date no refund will be given, unless and until the booking has been re-let for the full period of the original booking.
Mid to Low Season - A cancellation 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less an administration fee.  Should your booking be cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date no refund will be given, unless and until the booking has been re-let for the full period of the original booking.
Short Notice Bookings – Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date no refund will be given, unless and until the booking has been re-let for the full period of the original booking. There will be no refunds for early departures – we regret that under no circumstance can a refund be given for early departure.
