Our apartments
Our holiday apartments are located directly opposite Merimbula’s Main Beach and are only minutes walk from Merimbula Lake and Mitchie’s Jetty. We have one bedroom ground floor apartments for 2 guests, two-bedroom ground floor and two-bedroom, first-floor apartments (with filtered sea views) for 4 guests.
All of our apartments are fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, living and dining areas with separate bedroom/s. Each apartment has a digital tv with Foxtel and DVD player, wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, full kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fan, hairdryer and electric blankets in the cooler months. New Modem/Free Unlimited fast speed internet provided. Digital FOXTEL/On-Demand Movies provided. New Comfy Beds installed September 2023.

Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Direct Deposit
Deposit: 1/3 deposit is required when booking. Balance payable 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations: If received more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a full refund of the deposit less an administration cancellation fee of $100. If booked during peak times there will be an administration cancellation fee of $150.
If received less than 30 days in advance, a refund is applicable (as above) only if the apartment is re-let for the full cancelled period.
If a booking is cancelled after it has been moved once there is no refund of the deposit. Refunds are not given for early departure.
Check-in is from 2:30 pm (please contact us if you will be checking in after 5:00 pm) Check-out is at 9:30 am.
Fees will be incurred for early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability).
No smoking in the apartments. No Pets allowed. No schoolies.
The number of guests staying in the apartment must not exceed the booking. All decisions are at the manager’s discretion.
